Simla
is a tourist destination par excellence. It is a beautiful hill town in the lap

It is situated in the north-west Himalayas and is the capital
of the state of Himachal Pradesh in North India. It is a 18 sq km mountainous
region lying at an altitude of 2,213 meters. British coined the term Queen
of the hills for Shimla. It has been blessed with all the natural bounties,
one can think of. The biggest industry in Shimla is hotel, travel and tourism.
Bulging at its seams with unprecedented expansion, the town retains a colonial

Situated in the north-west
Himalayas, Shimla is the capital of Himachal Pradesh. Spread across 12 kms along
a ridge that overlooks terraced hillsides and cultivations, Shimla is magnificently
robed in dense forests of oak and pine, fur and rhododendron, and it is best to
travel here on the slow train from Kalka. Shimla also is a convenient base for
variety of adventure sports such as Skiing, Trekking, Fishing and Golfing etc.
Once called the "end of the habitable world," Manali is an important
hill station of northern India and is the destination of thousands of tourists
every year. Its cool atmosphere provides a perfect haven for the ones afflicted
by the hot Indian summers. Besides offering quite a few places for sightseeing,
Manali is also famous for adventure sports like skiing, hiking, mountaineering,
paragliding, rafting, trekking, kayaking, and mountain biking. In brief, Manali-the
veritable "valley of the Gods"-is an ideal place for the ones in search
of both adventure and comfort.
DAY 01: Delhi 
Full
day sight seeing Old and New Delhi . Dinner and overnight at hotel.
DAY 02: Delhi - Chandigarh - Shimla Drive from Delhi to Shimla (343
kms, 10 hrs) arrive Shimla. Transfer to hotel.
DAY 03: Shimla
One of the most popular hill Resorts of the North. The town is situated at an
altitude of 6810 ft,initaly chosen as a sanatorium for invalid European officers,but
soon developed into a big hill town and became the summer capital of the country.There
are ample opportunities in Shimla for sports.Riding in Jakhu,Tennis and Squash
at the club racing and Cricket at annandale,Golf at Naldera and winter sking at
Kufri.Dinner and overnight at hotel.
DAY 04: Shimla - Manali
Drive from Shimla to Manali (280 kms . 10 hrs) Arrive Manali Transfer
to hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
DAY 05: Manali
Walk through town visiting newly constructed Buddhist Monastery. Hadimba Devi
temple-It is small temple situated in the dense forest is very intresting . Hadimba
is said to be the wife of Bhima from the epic of Mahabharata.Vashist,it is an
extermely picturesque little place clinging to the steep hill side.On the way
up to the village you come upon the Vashist hot baths where a natural sulphar
spring is piped into a modern bath -house.Dinner and overnight.
DAY 06: Manali Visit Tibetan Monastery. It has a carpet making operation.
Also visit Old Manali village. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
DAY 07: Manali Full day excursion tour to Kullu (49 kms ). Night-hault
at Manali.
DAY 08: Drive back to New Delhi (570 kms, 14
hours) Check into the hotel.
DAY 09: Depart New delhi by
train/air & reach destination.
